The RRSP administrator/trustee makes money
by charging various administration fees.
These fees are usually charged on a per
mortgage basis plus there is an annual fee
per RRSP account:
Community
Trust is a good choice for an SDRRSP
(Self Directed RRSP) as there are few
who have experience or offer SDRRSP
services for mortgages.
Charges for service
include: Set up fee per mortgage is
$85 one time for life of each mortgage
in the plan
Annual admin fee
of 150.00 per mortgage in the plan
Annual fee per account
is $100 no matter how many mortgages
you hold in your plan
All fees are plus
GST and are subject to change please
